Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Cadillac

Cadillac entered their tilt with Central Lake on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Trojans.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Cadillac was: they took both sets by at least 18 points. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-7.

Alivia Lorenz paced Cadillac's offense, picking up four kills. Lorenz got some help from Isabelle Brown and her four assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 11 aces.

Cadillac's win bumped their record up to 41-7-1. As for Central Lake, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-20-1.

Coincidentally, Cadillac and Central Lake will both be playing Ludington the next time they take the court. The Vikings will host the Orioles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
