Football Game Preview: Ste. Genevieve Dragons vs. Lift for Life Academy Hawks

Two dominant signal callers in Luke Ferranto and Phoenix Isaiah are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Ste. Genevieve Dragons will square off against the Lift for Life Academy Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ste. Genevieve will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Ste. Genevieve is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They never let Normandy get on the board and left with a 13-0 win. Given the Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 71st, while the Vikings are ranked 277th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lift for Life Academy). They blew past Lutheran South 68-10 on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Ste. Genevieve's record now sits at 9-1. As for Lift for Life Academy, their record is now 6-4.
