Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Columbus). They put the hurt on the Archbishop Carroll Bulldogs with a sharp 9-1 win on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for Columbus, who have now won four contests in a row.

Their offense was hitting Archbishop Carroll from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Jorge Gonzalez-Tello led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Columbus' win bumped their record up to 6-2-1. As for Archbishop Carroll, they now have a losing record of 2-3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Columbus will square off against Gulliver Prep at 3:30 p.m. on the 12th. As for Archbishop Carroll, they will face off against Ransom Everglades at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
