Basketball Game Preview: Christian Heritage Academy Knights vs. Timberlake Christian Tornadoes + How To Watch

The Christian Heritage Academy Knights are taking a road trip to take on the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Tuesday, Christian Heritage Academy came up short against Westover Christian Academy and fell 66-53. The Knights have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Luke Mason, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 14 boards. He is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last five games he's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Manning, who shot 64% from the field to rack up 17 points.

Meanwhile, Timberlake Christian played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 56-28 loss at the hands of Regents. The Tornadoes were down 49-22 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Timberlake Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Christian Heritage Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Christian Heritage Academy couldn't quite finish off Timberlake Christian when the teams last played back in February and fell 50-47. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
