Baseball Recap: Pauls Valley Takes a Loss

Pauls Valley fell victim to Blanchard and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Blanchard Lions, falling 10-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Pauls Valley saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ketch Johnson, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Pauls Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Blanchard, their victory was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Coincidentally, Pauls Valley and Blanchard will both be playing McLoud the next time they take the field. Pauls Valley will head out to face McLoud at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Blanchard will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
