Flag Football Game Preview: Cherokee Christian Warriors vs. Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Saints

The Cherokee Christian Warriors will challenge the Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Saints at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Cherokee Christian has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with four straight losses, while Johnson Ferry Christian Academy will come in with three straight victories.

On Thursday, Cherokee Christian came up short against Praise Academy and fell 20-13. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly seven points.

Meanwhile, Johnson Ferry Christian Academy didn't have too much trouble with Cherokee Christian on Saturday as they won 24-6. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Saints' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia flag football rankings (they are ranked 63rd, while the Warriors are ranked 216th).

Cherokee Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for Johnson Ferry Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.

Things could have been worse for Cherokee Christian, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 24-6 loss to Johnson Ferry Christian Academy in their previous matchup on Saturday.
