While North Shore put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Channelview. The Mustangs simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Falcons 70-0. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won seven in a row.

Kaleb Maryland produced another solid performance throwing for 327 yards and four TDs while completing 90.9% of his passes, and also punching in one touchdown on the ground. What's more, he racked up 169.5 passer rating, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. La' Damian Defreeze was another key player, picking up 139 receiving yards and three scores.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something North Shore proved: they limited Channelview to a paltry 1.2 yards per carry. The Mustangs didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 7.2.

North Shore's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Channelview, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
