Volleyball Recap: Lumen Christi Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lumen Christi was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Susitna Valley Rams, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Archangels of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 25-10.

Lumen Christi's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Susitna Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lumen Christi is set to challenge their familiar foe Birchwood Christian at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Susitna Valley will square off against rival Cook Inlet Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
