Basketball Recap: North Cobb Comes Up Short

North Cobb was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 58-41 to Cherokee. While losing is never fun, North Cobb can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 170th, while Cherokee is ranked 19th).

North Cobb's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Cherokee, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-9.

Coming up, North Cobb will face off against North Paulding at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cherokee, they will take on Dalton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
