For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Pasquotank County and Hertford County meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. Pasquotank County blew past Hertford County 17-4. The Panthers have beaten the Bears the last eight times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bears has come to flipping the script.
