Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bloom-Carroll). Their defense stepped up to hand South a 6-0 shutout on Wednesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Bloom-Carroll needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Bloom-Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 6-9-3. As for South, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
