Etiwanda entered their tilt with San Marcos on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Knights. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since September 5, 2024.

Etiwanda was led to victory by Meaalofa Tauaese and Kylie Richardson. Tauaese had ten assists and eight digs, while Richardson had five digs and two aces.

Etiwanda's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for San Marcos, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-3.
