After each having a week off, the Summit Spartans and the Coffee County Central Red Raiders will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another on Friday. Summit is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.

Summit's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Hendersonville last Friday. They were beaten by the Commandos 28-0.

Meanwhile, Coffee County Central had to suffer through a 49-7 loss at the hands of Brentwood. While losing is never fun, the Red Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 165th, while the Bruins are ranked 39th).

Coffee County Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Summit, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
