The Lewis Cass Kings will head out to take on the Caston Comets at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lewis Cass will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.
Lewis Cass had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 39-point drubbing they dealt Northwestern last Friday. The Kings claimed a resounding 53-14 win over the Tigers. The Kings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 22 points or more this season.

Anna Hedrick
| 11/21/25 vs Northwestern | 56% |
| 11/19/25 vs Kokomo | 44% |
| 11/15/25 @ Tri-Central | 33% |
| 11/11/25 vs Manchester | 67% |
| 11/08/25 vs West Lafayette | 33% |
Anna Hedrick was her usual excellent self, shooting 56% from the field on her way to 20 points and eight steals. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 47.3% field goal percentage. Another player making a difference was Aftin Griffin, who went 5-for-12 en route to 10 points and four steals.
Lewis Cass smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in three consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Caston). They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 71-35 victory over Oregon-Davis. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Comets just coasted through the last quarter.
Lewis Cass better focus on containing Madisyn Douglass and Grace Colvin as the pair were huge in Caston's win. Douglass almost dropped a triple-double with 22 points, ten rebounds, and nine assists, while Colvin shot 56% from the field to rack up 23 points and five assists. Caston is undefeated when Douglass posts 15 or more points, but 1-3 otherwise. Adyson Steininger was another key player, putting up nine points.
Lewis Cass' record now sits at 5-0. As for Caston, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Lewis Cass has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 30.2 boards per game. However, it's not like Caston struggles in that department as they've been averaging 28.7 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Lewis Cass strolled past Caston in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 42-23. Do the Kings have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Comets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
