Basketball Recap: Redlands Adventist Academy Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Redlands Adventist Academy kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 69-51 bruising from the Santa Rosa Academy Rangers.

Santa Rosa Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cory Moore, who went 6-for-10 from beyond the arc en route to 18 points and three steals. Those 18 points gave Moore a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Christian Gonzalez, who shot 45% from the field on his way to 14 points in addition to seven assists and five rebounds.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Redlands Adventist Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Crossroads Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Santa Rosa Academy, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against Sherman Indian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
