Basketball Recap: Genesis Academy Takes a Loss

Genesis Academy was the 63-49 winner over Covenant Christian Academy when they last played one another back in January of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Genesis lost 75-55 to the Rams on Monday.

Genesis Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Covenant Christian Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Genesis Academy will head out on the road to square off against Scholars Guild Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Covenant Christian Academy, they will face off against Cherokee Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
