If Inderkum wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Christian Brothers, they should've done a better job of containing Isabella Alvarez. The Falcons walked away with a 3-1 win over the Tigers on Wednesday for which the team can thank Alvarez, who had 32 digs and four aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.2 digs per game.

Christian Brothers got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-27, 30-25, 25-21.

With the victory, Christian Brothers broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-7. As for Inderkum, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Christian Brothers will take on Vista del Lago at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Inderkum, they will challenge McClatchy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
