Football Recap: Clarksburg Has No Trouble Against Watkins Mill + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Quince Orchard, Clarksburg was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Watkins Mill Wolverines get on the board and left with a 48-0 win. That 48 point margin sets a new team best for the Coyotes this season.

Clarksburg's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. In that department, Andrew Frazier was the leader with two sacks. He has become a key player for Clarksburg: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least one sack, but 1-3 otherwise. The Coyotes got some further help from Pascal Kengni: he picked up a sack and made nine total tackles (2.0 for loss).

The victory got Clarksburg back to even at 4-4. As for Watkins Mill, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
