Miramar took care of business in their home opener on Monday (and then some). They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Plantation Colonels 75-41. For the Patriots, this counts as revenge for the 61-48 victory the Colonels walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.
Miramar had a senior duo take command as Siah Blot had 13 points plus three blocks and two steals and Joshua Skinner went 6 for 12 en route to 14 points plus two blocks. Christian Lewis was another key player, posting ten points.
Miramar was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2023.
Miramar has already played their next matchup, a 77-29 win against Monsignor Pace on the 20th. As for Plantation, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 82-39 loss against Coral Glades on the 21st.
