Basketball Recap: Valley Springs Comes Up Short at Home Against Ozark Catholic Academy

Valley Springs unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost to the Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins at home by a 67-50 margin on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 81-77 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Valley Springs will face off against Nemo Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ozark Catholic Academy, they will challenge Kingston at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
