Volleyball Recap: Presbyterian Christian Wins Going Away Against Crystal Springs

With a playoff win on the line, Presbyterian Christian rose to the challenge on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Crystal Springs Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Presbyterian Christian took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-4, 25-6.

Presbyterian Christian found their leader in sophomore Piper Skeen, who had ten aces and three digs. Skeen is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Presbyterian Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 31 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Presbyterian Christian's victory bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Crystal Springs, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-10.

Presbyterian Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Seminary on the 7th. Crystal Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
