Basketball Recap: Elm Creek Buffaloes vs. Bertrand Vikings
Elm Creek won the last time they faced Bertrand and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Elm Creek Buffaloes breezed by the Bertrand Vikings to the tune of 58-18. The Buffaloes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 26 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Elm Creek to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kendal Cavenee, who posted nine points along with seven assists and six steals. Cavenee has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 11 times she's played. Ryann Erickson was another key player, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 13 boards.
