The Sahuaro Cougars will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Sahuarita Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sahuaro is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.5 points per game this season.

Sahuarita will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Sahuaro extended their winning streak to three on Wednesday. The Cougars blew past Walden Grove, posting a 53-18 victory. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 27 points or more this season.

Sahuaro's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Layla O'Rourke-Slone, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds, and Anissa Garcia, who went 8-for-14 to rack up 18 points and five boards. With that strong performance, O'Rourke-Slone is now averaging an impressive 8.2 boards per game. Another player making a difference was Aniya Seaton, who posted five points and three steals.

Sahuaro smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 27 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive rebounds in four consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Sahuarita didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Queen Creek on Wednesday, but they still walked away with a 34-30 win.
