Football Recap: Rolling Meadows Comes Up Short

Rolling Meadows was the 26-20 winner over Hersey when they last played one another on September 3rd, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs fell 30-25 to the Huskies on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that the Mustangs have lost by exactly five points.

This is the second loss in a row for Rolling Meadows and nudges their season record down to 8-8. As for Hersey, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Rolling Meadows will face off against rival Prospect at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hersey is set to square off against their familiar foe Buffalo Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
