Blair County Christian piles up the points against Johnstown Christian

The Blair County Christian Bobcats had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They claimed a resounding 56-24 victory over Johnstown Christian on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Blair County Christian, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Jonathan Marucci was on fire: he scored 28 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Another player making a difference was Caedmon Dull, who scored 4 points along with 12 steals and 8 rebounds.

Blair County Christian's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Johnstown Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Blair County Christian will be playing at home against Centre County Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Johnstown Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Belleville Mennonite at 6:30 p.m. on December 11th.
