Volleyball Recap: Seneca Comes Up Short

The Seneca Red Hawks came up short against the Assumption Rockets on Monday, falling 3-0. The Red Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Assumption's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cheyenne Reyes led the charge by getting six aces and three digs. Those six aces gave Reyes a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Hurley, who had 24 assists.

Seneca's loss dropped their record down to 15-15-1. As for Assumption, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 34-4.

As of now, neither Seneca nor the Rockets have any future games scheduled.
