East Paulding had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rome Wolves. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win back in September.

East Paulding's offense was headlined by Janiria Funkhouser and Hailee Finn, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Chloe Finn and her 12 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

East Paulding's victory bumped their record up to 27-5. As for Rome, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 18 of their last 21 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-28 record this season.

East Paulding has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Kennesaw Mountain on the 9th. Rome does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
