New Covenant hasn't had much luck against North Cross recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Gryphons are taking a road trip to square off against the Raiders at 4:30 p.m. New Covenant is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season.

New Covenant's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Tandem Friends with a sharp 4-0 victory. New Covenant's winning goal came courtesy of Evan Bosak.

Meanwhile, North Cross faced The Covenant School in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Raiders fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-1.

New Covenant has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-2-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 38 goals over those seven contests. As for North Cross, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
