Baseball Recap: Benzie Central Huskies vs. St. Francis Gladiators
Benzie Central had lost seven straight at home, but on Saturday they dropped down to 9-17 to make it eight. They came up short against the St. Francis Gladiators, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Gladiators this season, with their most recent defeat being a 21-0 loss on May 14th.
As for St. Francis, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-5-1 record this season. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 23 games by six runs or more this season.
