Basketball Recap: Biddeford Takes a Loss

Biddeford suffered their biggest defeat since December 10, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Falmouth Navigators, falling 67-43. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Navigators from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Biddeford's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Falmouth, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

Biddeford will head out to face off against Thornton Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Thornton Academy will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Biddeford surely won't give up without a fight. As for Falmouth, they will face off against Scarborough at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Falmouth's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests.
