Volleyball Recap: Rocky Grove Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Anna Rodgers and Jillian Cratty

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Rocky Grove can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to Erie First Christian Academy on Tuesday. Considering the last time the Orioles couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Rocky Grove took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-13, 25-17.

Despite the defeat, Rocky Grove had strong showings from Jillian Cratty, who had 11 assists and five digs, and Anna Rodgers, who had 11 digs. Rodgers is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.
