Poudre waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Ignacio Bobcats. The Impalas have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bobcats, too.

Poudre had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-18, 19-17.

Poudre's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Ignacio, they moved to 10-3 with that loss, which also ended their seven-match winning streak.

Poudre didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Denver North on the 4th. As for Ignacio, they will square off against Mancos at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
