Football Game Preview: Fordson Tractors vs. Glenn Rockets + How To Watch

The Fordson Tractors are taking a road trip to square off against the Glenn Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Fordson's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last five games.

On Friday, Fordson humbled Churchill with a 41-14 victory. The victory continues a trend for the Tractors in their matchups with the Chargers: they've now won eight in a row.

Dean Hammoud was his usual excellent self, rushing for 203 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry, and also picking up 43 receiving yards and one score. He is becoming a predictor of Fordson's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Glenn's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 28-23 hit to the loss column at the hands of Belleville. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 159th, while the Tigers are ranked 33rd).

Glenn now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Fordson, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Fordson strolled past Glenn when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a score of 42-26. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tractors since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
