Soccer Game Preview: Peninsula vs. St. John Bosco

The Peninsula Panthers will face off against the St. John Bosco Braves at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.

Peninsula is looking to pick up the season's first win, something they couldn't quite do against Chadwick on Friday. Neither the Panthers nor the Dolphins could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, St. John Bosco took on Pioneer in their season opener and it was just the start the team was looking for. The Braves never let the Titans get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Friday.

With that draw, Peninsula's record moves to 0-2-1. As for St. John Bosco, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.

Peninsula beat St. John Bosco 2-0 in their previous matchup back in December of 2021. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Braves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
