Soccer Recap: Richland Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Richland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Central Cambria Red Devils. Richland were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Central Cambria apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Richland's goal came courtesy of Braydon Swope, who's now up to three this season.

Richland's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Central Cambria, their win bumped their record up to 6-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Richland will take on rival Greater Johnstown at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Central Cambria is set to face off against their familiar foe Forest Hills at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
