Waverly has gone a perfect 7-0 against Everett recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Warriors will head out to take on the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 13 consecutive losses for Waverly and 31 for Everett dating back to last season.

Waverly came up short against Holt on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Waverly was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-14, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Everett lost 3-0 to Grand Ledge on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-8, 25-6.

Waverly's loss dropped their record down to 2-30-2. As for Everett, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-26.

Everything went Waverly's way against Everett in their previous matchup back in September, as Waverly made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
