Bremen got themselves on the board against Argo on Friday, but Argo never followed suit. They blew past the Argonauts 6-0. The result was nothing new for the Braves, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Aiden Gonzales made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. Bremen is 2-1 when Gonzales allows three or fewer hits, but 8-13 otherwise. Gonzales was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2025.

In other batting news, Aidan Mansanarez was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Bremen: the team is 7-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-13 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Casey Mansanarez, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Bremen's record now sits at 10-14. As for Argo, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-24.

Bremen has already played their next matchup, a 12-1 victory against Hancock on the 16th. As for Argo, they will be playing at home against Oak Forest at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
