Red Bud had won 20 straight games and Maria Murry did her part to make it 21 on Thursday. The Musketeers came out on top against the Chester Yellowjackets by a score of 2-0 with plenty of help from Murry, who had 19 digs and two assists. She has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last five times she's played.

While Red Bud might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Chester scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18.

Red Bud's win bumped their record up to 27-1. As for Chester, their loss dropped their record down to 15-7.

Red Bud wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Highland on the 17th. As for Chester, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Okawville on the 18th.
