Volleyball Recap: Platte Canyon Comes Up Short

Platte Canyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Middle Park Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12, 25-21.

Platte Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Middle Park, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Platte Canyon will square off against rival The Pinnacle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Middle Park is set to face off against their familiar foe Fort Lupton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
