Baseball Recap: Gainesville Red Elephants vs. Forsyth Central Bulldogs
After losing to Forsyth Central the last time they met, Gainesville decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Gainesville Red Elephants came out on top in a nail-biter against the Forsyth Central Bulldogs on Monday, sneaking past 4-3.
Silas Ingram looked comfortable as he tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit every time he's pitched this season.
