Football Game Preview: Tarboro Vikings vs. Warren County Eagles

Two dominant backs in Kamerin McDowell-Moore and Graham Hosch are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Tarboro Vikings will welcome the Warren County Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Tarboro sitting on 23 straight wins dating back to last season and Warren County on four.

Tarboro is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They claimed a resounding 54-7 victory over East Bladen. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by 28 points or more this season.

Caiden Everette continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 83 yards and two touchdowns.

Tarboro didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Tyler Powell, Everette, and Jaden Jenkins picked up one apiece. Jenkins got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Warren County got the win against Holmes on Friday by a conclusive 40-14. The Eagles are also no stranger to big wins: their blowout was the tenth game they've won by 20+ points this season.

Warren County's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Tarboro, their victory bumped their record up to 13-0.
