Last Friday, Christian Brothers faced DeSmet Jesuit in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Christian Brothers steamrollered DeSmet Jesuit 49-14. 49 seems to be a good number for Christian Brothers as the squad scooped up a win with the same point total in their previous matchup.
Meanwhile, St. Louis University suffered a grim 13-34 defeat to Jefferson City. St. Louis University were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-27.
Christian Brothers's win lifted them to 4-0 while St. Louis University's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll find out if Christian Brothers can add another positive mark to their record or if St. Louis University can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Christian Brothers's step.
