Football Game Preview: Middletown Mustangs vs. Concord Bears + How To Watch

Middletown has won eight straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Concord has won eight straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Mustangs will welcome the Bears at 7:00 p.m. Middletown's defense has only allowed 12.6 points per game this season, so Concord's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Middletown is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Archie Williams 36-7. Considering the Mustangs have won seven matchups by more than 22 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Concord beat Vallejo 36-24 on Friday.

Concord's win came from a few key players Middletown will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Chris Dunn, who rushed for 49 yards and one touchdown, and also picked up 30 receiving yards. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles and defending one pass.

Middletown's record is now 9-2. As for Concord, their record now sits at 7-4.
