Volleyball Recap: Codman Academy Comes Up Short

The Codman Academy Warriors came up short against the Pioneer Charter School of Science II Pirates on Friday, falling 3-0.

Codman Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-9, 25-12.

It was another big night for Guilherme Moleiro, who had 25 assists and seven aces for Pioneer Charter School of Science II. Moleiro is crushing it when it comes to aces: he's served at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Andrew Baybay was another key player, getting eight kills, two blocks, and two aces.

Codman Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Pioneer Charter School of Science II, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.
