Volleyball Recap: Apopka Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Apopka won the last time they faced Wekiva and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Apopka Blue Darters were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Wekiva Mustangs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Darters.

Apopka not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Wekiva between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15, 25-17.

Apopka's win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. As for Wekiva, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Apopka will welcome Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wekiva, they will challenge East River at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
