Soccer Recap: Matanzas Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Matanzas was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of First Baptist Christian Academy on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pirates came up short against the Nease Panthers on Tuesday, falling 4-1. The contest was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for Matanzas it sure didn't stay that way.

Matanzas' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Nease, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Matanzas will challenge Clay at 7:20 p.m. on Friday. As for Nease, they will square off against Ponte Vedra at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday.
