Volleyball Recap: East Jackson Comes Up Short

East Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Michigan Center Cardinals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Tuesday.

East Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Michigan Center, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-15-1.

Coming up, East Jackson will face off against Manchester at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Michigan Center, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Concord on the 11th.
