Soccer Recap: Lakeland Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lakeland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the West Scranton Invaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against West Scranton this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Lakeland's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for West Scranton, their win ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 4-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lakeland will square off against Tunkhannock at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for West Scranton, they will take on Holy Cross at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
