Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Randolph). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Florence Buffaloes 55-8. With the Ro-Hawks ahead 41-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Despite the loss, Florence still got an impressive performance from Mariano Palacios, who rushed for 286 yards and one touchdown while picking up 14.3 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Palacios is now averaging an impressive 103.9 rushing yards per game.

The win snapped Randolph's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-6 record. As for Florence, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Looking ahead, Randolph is taking a road trip to challenge Luling at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
