Volleyball Recap: Inglemoor's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Five

With a playoff win on the line, Inglemoor rose to the challenge on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Sammamish RedHawks with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on five straight.

Inglemoor not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Sammamish between 19 and 20 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, 25-20.

Inglemoor was led to victory by Francine Hernandez and Hailey Chi. Hernandez had ten digs and two assists, while Chi had 32 assists and 11 digs. Chi is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last 28 games she's played dating back to last season.

Inglemoor's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Sammamish, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Inglemoor nor Sammamish have any future games scheduled.
